Unfortunately BackJoy™ currently cannot exchange any articles. The best way to receive a replacement is to initiate a return and to place a new order.
Return Request
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can always return unused/unworn items within 90 days. We are unfortunately unable to meet the transport costs of item(s) returning to our warehouse in The Netherlands. Should the item(s) not be deemed faulty (or quality related issue), these costs will be determined by your local postal service. Please click here to contact us and start your return request.
Return Shipping Costs
You will receive a full refund of the purchase price paid for the order, on average, within 10 working days after we have received the original item(s). The refund will be issued to the original card/ account. Refunds not related to returns also take on average 10 working days to process.

The BackJoy Posture+, Posture+ Mini, Relief and Relief+ are covered by a 1 year limited warranty for workmanship and materials.

BackJoy SleepSound Pillow Warranty
The BackJoy Posture Sleep Pillow is covered by a 1 year limited warranty for workmanship and materials.

All other BackJoy product are covered by a 1 year limited warranty for workmanship and materials.
Return Policy
"We 100% stand by our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your BackJoy, you can simply return your BackJoy within 90 days of purchase and we will issue you a full refund.
